Nutrition Coaching

Benefit from the guidance and expertise of our experienced nutrition coaches. They will work closely with you (and your Chef if needed) to create a roadmap for sustainable dietary changes, provide education on optimal nutrition, and offer ongoing support. Together, we will develop strategies to help you make informed choices and establish a healthy relationship with food.

Your well being roadmap

  • A fully comprehensive wellness assessment including fitness test, 360 body scan, health history and mindset questionnaire.

  • On average our homes have about 700 toxins coming from air quality, cleaning products, beauty products, kitchen products, water and EMF’s. Here we will go through your home to detoxify your home for low toxic clean living.

  • Complete test of biomarkers and stress indicators in the body to address root cause symptoms and prevent dis-ease in the body.

  • Once we gather all of your testing and daily data we will put together your starting point. This is all about you vs you. We want to see how far you have come and where you are going and the best way to do that is with clear facts and data. We will compare data every 3 months to see your progress and growth.

  • Food is medicine and your kitchen is the heart of your home. You will get a kitchen walk through to compliment your food and supplement recommendations to ensure your kitchen reflects your new plan and routines.

  • Our success is found in our daily routines. Mindset is one of ORQA’s main pillars including daily meditations, mindfulness, grounding and journaling to rewire your brain to reach your full potential in mind, body and soul.

  • Your fitness trainer will guide you through proper posture correction exercises, mobility, flexibility, strength training, and balance and core focused programing to ensure you are feeling strong, lean and free of pain.
